Today we did a rotation we all went to different class rooms room 9 went to room 10.
Miss Parrant was doing Yoga and we were doing lots of different kinds of Yoga poses and different kinds of exercise.
Yoga helps your heart and different things of your body also clams you down how did we know what kind of Yoga poses we had to do.
Miss Parrant put a you tube video on the screen so we can learn Yoga exercise and Yoga poses we learnt how to catch a coconut,we learnt how to be like a tree.
The video that Miss Parrant put on the screen was so funny and fun it was all about a birthday party and about making a drink out of fruit.
